Welcome to Silk Road Serenity. By accessing our services in London NW8, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. These terms govern the relationship between Silk Road Serenity and our valued clients to ensure a safe, professional, and tranquil environment for all.

1. Booking & Cancellations

To provide a serene experience for everyone, we require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling of any massage therapy or aromatherapy sessions. Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the service price. No-shows will be charged the full service amount.

2. Health & Medical Disclosure

For your safety and to provide the most effective treatment, all clients must complete a health consultation form prior to their first session. It is your responsibility to disclose any medical conditions, allergies (especially regarding essential oils used in aromatherapy), or physical injuries. Our therapists reserve the right to decline treatment if they believe it poses a risk to your health.

Silk Road Serenity maintains a strictly professional and therapeutic environment. Any inappropriate behavior, comments, or suggestions will result in the immediate termination of the session without refund, and the individual may be barred from future services.

5. Gift Vouchers & Packages

Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. They are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Multi-session packages are intended for individual use and must be completed within the specified timeframe from the date of purchase.

6. Limitation of Liability

While our therapists are highly trained professionals, Silk Road Serenity shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Clients assume all risks associated with therapeutic massage and wellness treatments.
